Home Health
Home Health Services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social service and home health services for the home bound patient. To make a referral to Home Health, please call (304) 526-2075 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours, please leave a message on voicemail, and your call will be returned the following business day.

Laboratory
The lab is open Monday through Friday, 7a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to noon. It is closed Sundays and major holidays. In general, all testing is one on a first-come, first served basis, with no appointment necessary. Therapeutic phlebotomies and sweat chloride testing require appointments. Please call (304) 526-2145 to make one.

Rehabilitation Services
We offer a full range of rehabilitation services for adults, including out-patient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, balance therapy, aquatic therapy as well as pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. You can connect to any rehabilitation service by calling (304) 526-2411 and choosing menu options for:
- referring a patient for adult or pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy
- a direct connection to the Balance Center
- a direct connection to the SMART Center
- other (business office)

Respiratory/Pulmonary Services
Respiratory/Pulmonary evaluations include Pulmonary Function Tests, Methacholine Challenges, Six-Minute Walk Tests, and Cardiopulmonary Stress Tests. These may be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. by calling (304) 526-2105. To schedule tests after 4:30 p.m., please call (304) 526-2120.
