The Women's Philanthropy Society of Cabell Huntington Hospital is a select group of women who meet once a year at a luncheon to celebrate the caring spirit of women. This annual luncheon is also a venue to honor outstanding women of the Tri-State and encourage philanthropy. Two distinctive awards are given to individuals who exemplify the heart, strength and compassion of women.

The FOCUS AWARD honors achievements in the following areas.... Volunteerism, Pioneer in Women's Health, Community Service, Professional Achievement and Home & Family.

The KITTY HAGE LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD is presented to an individual whose life's work has been dedicated to humanitarian efforts. The award is designed for someone who has not sought recognition for her deeds, but has worked solely to better her community and the quality of life for others.

When a woman accepts the invitation to join us for lunch, she commits to a gift of $100 to the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation to benefit Women's and Children's Health.

The annual luncheon is held the first Saturday in March.
