Ambassador Award recipient Tresa Litteral
Tresa Litteral, the administrative secretary for Cabell Huntington Hospital's Pastoral Care Department, has been selected as an Ambassador Award recipient. The Ambassador Award is the highest customer service award a Cabell Huntington employee can receive. Litteral is just the third hospital employee to receive the award.
Employees who receive the award demonstrate a history of fostering positive communication and relations within their hospital service area by serving on committees, taking advantage of volunteer opportunities and supporting community health activities beyond the scope of the hospital.
"Like prior recipients, Tresa is an impact employee who rolls out the red carpet for fellow staff members or visitors to Cabell Huntington at times when a safe and comforting environment is needed," said Barry Tourigny, Cabell Huntington's vice president of Human Resources.
The award was created two years ago to recognize a Cabell Huntington Hospital staff member, volunteer, unit, department or vendor for consistently applying the hospital's mission, vision and values toward patient and customer service.
