CHH names new nurse manager for pediatrics and pediatric intensive care

Rick Ross, RN, BSN, has been named nurse manager of the Pediatrics Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He began his nursing career more than 26 years ago as a medic in the United States Army. He has been employed by Cabell Huntington Hospital since 1994 and has experience working in adult and pediatric critical care and as a pediatric transport nurse. As nurse manager, he will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Pediatric Unit and the hospital’s 12-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
