The Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation has added Terresa Pratt, an experienced and well-known financial professional to its staff to help reach fund raising goals for the Children's Hospital Project.

For the past 20 years, Pratt has worked with JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President and Wealth Manager and has been recognized for her trust and investment advisory services for various customers. She joins the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation as Sr. Development Officer and will be pursuing individual and corporate sponsorship gifts to fund the Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

"Terresa will be a vital addition to our team in helping us realize our dream of a Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington," said David Graley, Vice President and COO of the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation. "Terresa has excellent credentials and experience in working with estates, planned giving, foundations and endowments, and her background rounds out the cadre of people currently fulfilling our mission,”

Pratt was recognized in a 2009 Barron's cover story as one of the Top 1,000 Advisors in America and one of the Top Five in West Virginia. Also in 2009, she was appointed by Gov. Joe Manchin to the West Virginia Investment Board.

"I have lived in this area since I was 13 and I have been very blessed," she said. "I would like to give back and enrich my community for our children and our future grandchildren. Our family is involved in our church and our community, and we cherish the small-town intimacy of knowing our neighbors and helping each other when we can."

The Children's Hospital Project at Cabell Huntington Hospital will include new construction and renovations to existing facilities to provide the youngest patients with a unique and child-friendly environment that encourages healing.
