You are invited to join Cabell Huntington Hospital for a one-day trip to Keeneland Racetrack in Lexington, KY on Wednesday, October 21st and experience some of the finest thoroughbred racing in the country while enjoying a delicious buffet lunch.
Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2009
Departs: 8 a.m. from 5th Avenue Kroger's
Trip includes: Roundtrip motor coach transportation, admission tickets to the Lexington-Kentucky Room, buffet lunch and boxed dinner, refreshments and snacks en route.
Cost: $110 per person
The Lexington/Kentucky Room is beautifully decorated and climate controlled, with a spectacular view of the racecourse, conveniently located mutuel windows, bars, television monitors and easy access by elevator. You'll enjoy a fabulous buffet of meats, vegetables, potatoes, salads, desserts, coffee and tea. Soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and juices are available, but not included.

Lexington/Kentucky Room's required dress code
Ladies: Suits, dresses, pantsuits, skirts with proper blouses or sweaters are appropriate. Mini skirts, shorts, athletic attire/shoes, abbreviated attire or denim of any style are not permitted.
Gentlemen: Dress slacks, coat and tie are required. Shorts, athletic attire/shoes, T-shirts or any style of denim are not permitted.
