Cancer Update for the Primary Care Physician to be presented in April

The Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center and Cabell Huntington Hospital present a Cancer Update for the Primary Care Physician April 16, 2010 in the Harless Auditorium on the campus of Cabell Huntington Hospital. Available credits include 7 contact hours for nurses and 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians. The purpose is to provide an update regarding recent advances in cancer management with the goal of improving communication and coordination among primary care physicians, other healthcare providers and cancer specialists so that the cancer patient receives the best possible care. The target audience is primary care physicians, oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, physician assistants, residents, medical students, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare providers interested in cancer patient management.
