CHH Names Director of Quality & Performance Improvement

Denise D. Gabel-Comeau has been named Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She comes to CHH from Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, where she held a similar position. In her role here, Gabel-Comeau will oversee medical staff credentialing and peer review, performance improvement, regulatory readiness and infection control. She has nearly 15 years of healthcare experience in management and speech pathology and has earned Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Gabel-Comeau earned her Masters of Health Administration from the University of Memphis and her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.
