CHH hosts free seminar on Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease

Cabell Huntington Hospital's Senior Services Department and University Neuroscience at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine will present a free seminar July 16 on Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease. Dr. Shirley Neitch, a geriatric specialist, and Dr. Rita Gandhy, a neurologist specializing in movement disorders, will speak and answer questions during the event from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. in the Harless Auditorium at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and lunch is provided at no cost.

After the presentation, participants are invited to visit the ACCESS Fair in the atrium. ACCESS (Agencies Connecting Comprehensive Effective Senior Services) is a local group of service providers and advocacy groups dedicated to assisting Tri-State seniors. Please visit the tables of interest to you and learn more about community resources for seniors.
