Glen Washington Named Vice President of Operations at Cabell Huntington Hospital

Glen Washington
Glen Washington has joined the staff of Cabell Huntington Hospital as the Vice President of Operations. Washington will oversee a number of departments and functions of the hospital that are responsible for the daily operation of the facility.
He has more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience in the operation of community non-profit hospitals, and comes to Huntington from Bradford Regional Medical Center in Bradford, Pennsylvania, where he was senior vice president of operations. In addition, Washington has held senior leadership positions at Northeast Georgia Health System, Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston North Carolina and Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
He graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, with a bachelor's degree in science in 1977, then earned a master's degree in Health Administration at the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond in 1980.
