Marlon Taylor named Director of Employee Relations and Compensation at CHH

Marlon Taylor has joined the Cabell Huntington Hospital Human Resources Department as Director of Employee Relations and Compensation. A long-time Cabell Huntington Hospital employee who has held several posts, Taylor has worked in the hospital's Finance Department since coming to Huntington in 1990. where he served as Director of Finance/Decision Support for the last seven years.

In his new role, Taylor's duties will include serving as the hospital representative in all labor relations matters including grievances and contract administration, overseeing the hospital's payroll services, compensation issues and occupational health. Taylor is a Portsmouth native and he attended Ohio University where he earned both his bachelor's degree in business administration and his master's degree in business administration.
