Glen Washington has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was promoted from his position as the Vice President of Operations at the hospital, which he has held since joining Cabell Huntington Hospital in October 2007. In his new role, Washington will be responsible for nursing services, information technology and planning in addition to overseeing hospital operations.
He graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, with a bachelor's degree in science in 1977, then earned a master's degree in Health Administration at the Medical College of Virginia at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond in 1980.
