Cabell Huntington Hospital Senior Services invites seniors to attend a free event on the hospital campus Monday, March 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The presentation will focus on the importance of being proactive with eye health.
Jose S. Pulido, MD, MS, MBA, MPHA, a national eye expert from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, will be the featured speaker, discussing blinding eye disease in the past, present and future. Dr. Pulido will then join a panel of local eye health professionals that includes Dr. Joe LoCascio, III; Dr. Charles Francis and Dr. Mark Hatfield to answer questions and provide information about eye diseases, including:
The discussion will also feature important information about screenings for vision problems and eye disease. The event will take place in the Harless Auditorium, located just inside the entrance to the Marshall University Medical Center on the Cabell Huntington Hospital campus.
