Occupational health programs are established to protect a company's most valuable asset― its employees― by fostering a safe and healthy work environment. To improve overall health and well-being, these programs often include the treatment of minor work-related injuries and illnesses, job-specific health risk testing, immunizations and screenings. Because each business has its own goals, configuration and size, your employee health program will be tailored to your organization's needs.
