SeniorWise

Most of us over 50 would like to think that, over the years, we have developed an appreciation for what we have - our health, our friends and families and the financial assets we have been able to build over time. We feel blessed to be alive and well, and we want to nurture and conserve our resources so that we can live our lives to the fullest.

SeniorWise is a free program designed to help us do just that - to learn more about conserving and preserving our physical and financial well-being and to take advantage of special discounts and services available to us. Cabell Huntington Hospital and Chase have united to bring a new and exciting free senior membership program to the Tri-State, a program that was developed to meet the needs of older adults who want to maintain their quality of life as they age. SeniorWise offers a number of benefits for members, including health screenings, financial seminars, educational programs, day trips, monthly newsletters and discounts on both hospital and banking services.

• Free initial installation for Health Watch home monitoring system ($30 fee waived)

Membership Benefits - Catalyst

As a member of Catalyst, SeniorWise members are eligible for numerous healthy living benefits, such as discounts on prescription drugs, vision and dental care; help planning long-term care and Medicare supplement plans. Catalyst also offers programs on grandparenting and other life experiences for the older adult. Group travel and social opportunities are also available to our SeniorWise members at discounted prices to make these years full of enjoyable memories.

Becoming a Member

If you are interested in becoming a member of SeniorWise, it's as simple as completing an application. The application is in PDF format.
