The Pelvic Health Therapy Center is located in the 4th floor rehabilitation center. Free parking is available in the lots beside and behind the building.
A referral from your physician is required. Our staff works with patients and their physicians to quickly and easily take referrals and schedule patients for treatment. Most insurance is accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and commercial insurance.
