Marshall Health Network celebrates Donate Life Month in April
Tuesday, March 31, 2026
This April, Marshall Health Network is joining the nationwide celebration of Donate Life Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the critical need for organ, eye, and tissue donation. Throughout the month, we encourage individuals to register as donors and honor the generosity of those who have given the gift of life.

Donate Life Flag Raising Ceremony / MHN Green and Blue Day
As part of National Donate Life Blue and Green Day, staff and community members are encouraged to wear blue and green to show their support for organ, eye and tissue donation. Special t-shirts will also be available to purchase at An Added Touch (CHH) or Madeleine’s Boutique and Unique Gifts (SMMC) gift shops. Representatives from CHH, SMMC and RH, along with representatives from Network for Hope and CORE, will be present as the Donate Life flag is raised at each hospital, following a brief ceremony. Hospitals will also observe the statewide Pause to Give Life event at 10:03 a.m., to highlight that one donor can save eight lives with a moment of prayer, via intercom throughout the hospitals.
CHH and SMMC will also have donor information and registration tables in the lobby following the ceremony.
